Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with prospective buyers. They are responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and nurturing client relationships, often working in field sales, B2C, or developer-led roles to meet revenue targets. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Management: Proactively identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups to convert them into active buyers.
  • Property Viewings & Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits, property viewings, and open houses to showcase properties to prospects.
  • Sales Closure & Negotiation: Negotiate property prices, payment terms, and contract details to close sales, meeting monthly or quarterly targets.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist with paperwork, closing documentation, and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. 


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, channel management, or a similar B2C sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for client negotiations and presentations.
  • Networking: Ability to build a robust network and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
