Job Title: Telecaller cum RecruiterJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller cum Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Strong communication skills, persuasion, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelecallingMake outbound calls to potential candidates using the provided database.
• Explain job openings, company details, and employment benefits.
• Generate candidate interest and maintain call records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RecruitmentSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding and document collection.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
• Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• QualificationsHighre secondary,Graduate, Post graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment may apply.
• Experience0–2 years in Telecalling, Recruitment, HR, BPO, or Customer Service.
