• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔍 End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for sales, operations, and support roles.
• 🤝 Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and support smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• 📑 Documentation: Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and compliance documents.
• 📊 Recruitment metrics: Maintain and update hiring dashboards, candidate trackers, and analytics reports.
• 🌐 Sourcing strategies: Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives to find talent.
• 👥 Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
• 🎯 Target achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly hiring numbers as per business requirements.
• 📢 Employer branding: Support branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and campus recruitment.
• 📚 Qualifications & Skills🎓 Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• 💼 Experience in recruitment (BFSI hiring preferred but not mandatory).
• ⚙️ Good understanding of hiring tools & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
