Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Talent Acquisition to manage and lead bulk hiring operations for blue-collar workforce roles such as Picker/Packer, Delivery Executive, Warehouse Associate, Loader, Helper, and other operational staff. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, ensuring timely closures, and achieving hiring targets as per business requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling bulk hiring requirements
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational roles
• Allocate hiring targets and monitor daily team performance
• Plan and execute mass hiring drives, walk-ins, and field recruitment activities
• Coordinate with clients/operations teams for manpower planning and requirements
• Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Track daily closures, joining ratios, and recruiter productivity
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and dashboards
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth recruitment operations
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, vendors, references, and field hiring
• Ensure adherence to TAT and hiring quality standards
• Train and guide recruiters to improve performance and target achievement
