Hiring Specialist – Blue Collar & Bulk Hiring 

Location: Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata​

 Experience: Minimum 1 Year​

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner preferred / Maximum 10 days 

 Gender: Male candidates preferred.

Age upto 30 Years 

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Hiring Specialist with hands-on 

experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring and Field Recruitment. 

🔹 Key Responsibilities: 

∙Manage the end-to-end hiring process for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements. 

∙Conduct ground-level and field hiring through multiple sourcing channels. 

∙Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process. 

∙Manage candidate Attendance tracking/payouts/incentives and ensure timely 

processing. 

∙Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfil hiring 

requirements. 

∙Proactively work on client demands and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower 

requirements. 

∙Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, field teams, and clients. 

∙Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates. 

∙Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
