Job Description
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and expanding strong relationship with Clients.
Job title- Relationship Manager
The role focuses an understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
1. Develop and maintain long term relationship with assigned clients.
2. Explain company capital participation policies.
3.Client on boarding and documentation.
4. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
4.. Monitor client accounts and ensure contract compliance.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
6. Prepare regular reports on client resources and retention status.
7. Achieve assigned revenue and retention targets.
