Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager- Dealing Department: Business Development- Online Reporting To: Manager Location: Delhi Industry Preferences - Financial Services, Broking, or Insurance Job Summary: The Relationship Manager – Dealing is responsible for executing client trades, providing market insights, and managing client relationships. The role focuses on ensuring timely trade execution, advising clients within regulatory guidelines, and driving revenue through active client engagement and trading volumes.
Key Responsibilities Execute equity, derivatives, and other trades on behalf of clients accurately and timely Handle client orders via calls and trading platforms Provide basic market updates, trading ideas, and investment insights to clients (as per guidelines) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase trading activity Monitor client portfolios and suggest opportunities for trading and investment Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies while dealing Resolve client queries related to trades, margins, and accounts Coordinate with back-office and support teams for smooth operations Maintain records of client interactions and trades in systems
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred) NISM certification (Equity Derivatives / Cash Segment preferred) Experience: 1–4 years of experience in dealing / client servicing in broking industry Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of stock market and trading platforms Good communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Basic analytical and market interpretation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution Key Result Areas (KRA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Trade Execution: Ensure timely and accurate execution of client orders Client Engagement: Maintain regular interaction to increase trading activity Revenue Generation: Achieve brokerage and revenue targets through client trades Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products to existing clients Client Retention: Maintain active client base and reduce inactive accounts Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory and internal dealing guidelines
