Relationship Manager Software Product

Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

 Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions

 Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions

 Handle client queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution

 Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

 Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth execution

 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

 Maintain client records and regular follow-up reports

 Achieve relationship and revenue targets

Required Skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong client handling and relationship-building ability

 Basic understanding of software products / SaaS platforms

 Problem-solving and negotiation skills

 Good presentation and follow-up skills

 Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred

Qualification

 Graduate in any discipline

 MBA/Marketing preferred

 Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or client servicing is an advantage
