Designation : Relationship Officer


* Source customers for Individual Loans

* Conduct field visits, lead generation & customer acquisition

* Verify customer documents & ensure accurate KYC

* Achieve monthly loan sales targets

* Maintain customer relationships for repeat business

* Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval

* Ensure portfolio quality & timely collections



Candidate Profile :


• Education : 12th Pass With Good Communication

• Experience : Must 6 Month exp in individual loan / Any loan sales

• Age : 20 to 33 YRS
