Restaurant Inventory / Purchase Executive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management:
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Order Management:
• Place orders for products as required based on sales forecasts, demand, and stock levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of inventory and manage vendor relationships.
• Inventory Tracking:
• Track and manage all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Use inventory management software to record and monitor stock levels.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure the quality of inventory upon receipt and periodically check stored goods.
• Identify damaged, expired, or unsellable stock and handle it accordingly.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, sales, and shipments.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management for decision-making.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align on inventory needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and returns.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding stock management.
• Analysis and Optimization:
• Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations to optimize stock levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover and reduce waste.
