Location: Kalighat Kolkata.

Gender :- Female only.

Experience :- 1 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Kalighat, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle billing and cash transactions if required

Maintain store cleanliness and product display

Manage stock arrangement and inventory support

Build good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic knowledge of retail sales and store operations preferred

Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a professional attitude

Basic Hindi/Bengali communication preferred
