Job description
- Responsible for effective conversion of walk-in, leads, reference customers.
- Follow up on leads, maintain the pipeline, and will make effort to generate new leads through liaising with freelance architects and designers.
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of in-house interior designers.
- Following up with the clients for payments, delivery schedule, and updating the client of progress when necessary.
- Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, translated, agreed and delivered in a manner that creates positive client perception.
- Creating daily reports of walk-ins, lead status, meetings, and sales conversion.
- Prepare presentation, quotation, and proforma invoice as per given format.
- Liaising with execution team and giving regular updates on project status internally and to the customer.
- Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, cleanliness of the showroom.
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required.
