Job SummaryFire Zone System Enterprise is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field and Marketing Executive to promote and market our fire safety products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, promoting fire safety solutions, and building strong customer relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, field marketing experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Visit client sites, offices, factories, residential complexes, and commercial establishments to promote company products and services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and marketing activities.
- Explain and demonstrate fire safety products including:
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
- Fire Hydrant Systems
- Fire Extinguishers
- Smoke Detector Systems
- Fire Resistant Doors
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Services
- Conduct market surveys and identify potential clients and projects.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team for project execution.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and marketing targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety systems and industrial products preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel for field visits.
- Good knowledge of local market and client handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Qualification:
Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Marketing or Fire & Safety will be an added advantage.
- Experience1–3 years experience in field sales, marketing, fire safety, industrial products, or related sectors preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
