Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Female Sales Assistant to join our retail jewellery team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining jewellery products, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and offers clearly
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain display counters and ensure jewellery presentation standards
• Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Assist in stock checking and inventory handling when required
• Support festive promotions, exhibitions, and sales events
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and professional appearance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
• Prior retail or jewellery sales experience is an advantage
• Marwari & Gujarati preferred. Bengali with prior experience of minimum 1 year in jewellery sales may apply.
• Pleasant personality with customer-handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
