Job Description

  1. Attend walk-in customers (retailers / bulk buyers) at the counter  
  2. Handle product inquiries and orders via WhatsApp  
  3. Share product photos/videos with clients  
  4. Assist in managing bulk orders and packing coordination  
  5. Support billing and order entries in Tally  
  6. Maintain records using Excel and Google Drive  
  7. Assist in stock handling and inventory management  
  8. Support day-to-day store and counter operations
