🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Role: Sales Executive

Open Location: Kolkatta

Geography to be covered: Eastern Zone

Travelling: 15 – 20 days in a month (locally as well in other parts of Bengal & North East)

Reporting To: Product Head

Objective of the hiring: We are looking for candidates with the technical background for specialty chemical sales, developing strong B2B engagement for products like Iron Oxides, Ultra Marine Blue & Fluorescent Pigments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop the assigned zones for Kaleido within territories and industry verticals
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts and strategically developing new customers
• Develop and deliver monthly sales target via revenue generation in the assigned territories
• Use CRM and ERP systems for efficient pipeline management and customer insights

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), Plastic/Paint Technology or B.E. (Chemical)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high motivation and adaptability in travel-centric roles

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC INR 2.5 – 3.6 LPA (includes PF, Medical & Bonus), plus fixed incentives based upon the targets.
