Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Insurance Team Handling Executive to manage and guide a team of insurance professionals. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, customer service, policy processing, sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and supervise the daily activities of the insurance team
• Monitor team performance and achieve business/sales targets
• Guide team members on insurance products, policies, and claim procedures
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
