Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting Suchi Foams' products to industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers, consultants, architects, builders, contractors, cold storage companies, and industrial clients.
• Promote and sell the company's products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and monthly MIS.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Experience in PUF Panels, Roofing, Building Materials, Cold Storage, Construction Materials, PEB, HVAC, or Industrial Products will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively.
