- Deputy Sales Manager (DSM)
- Sales Manager (SM)
- Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO)
- Key Relationship Officer (KRO)
- Key Relationship Executive (KRE – Undergraduates)
- Deputy Sales Manager (DSM): ₹4.0 LPA + attractive industry-best incentives
- Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO): ₹3.4 LPA + attractive incentives
- Key Relationship Officer (KRO): ₹3.0 LPA + attractive incentives
- Key Relationship Executive (KRE – Undergraduates): ₹3.0 LPA + attractive incentives
- Sales Manager (SM): Up to ₹8.0 LPA (role & experience dependent)
- DSM :Any LAP / HL /Mortgage / Lending product -open market/field / direct sales, Incentive to be earned mandatorily in min latest 06months with 1 year vintage in current company.
- SKRO & KRO : Any LAP / HL /Mortgage / Lending product -open market/field / direct sales, Incentive to be earned mandatorily in min latest 03months.

- Educational Qualification:
- DSM, SKRO & KRO - Graduation
- Age : 20 - 32
- Good CIBIL Score
- Preferably Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice
- Candidate should have more than 6 months of experience and should be currently working
