Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead and grow our cube ice business in Kolkata and surrounding markets. The role is focused on building strong distribution, increasing brand presence, and driving consistent revenue growth across retail, horeca, and bulk institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for cube ice across Kolkata and nearby markets
• Build and manage dealer, distributor, and key account networks
• Drive new customer acquisition across hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, caterers, and events
• Plan daily routes and monitor field sales team performance
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume commitments with customers
• Track sales targets, collections, and market feedback
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and service quality
• Analyze competition, market trends, and growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Strong network in horeca, retail, or institutional sales in Kolkata
• Proven ability to build and scale a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with leadership mindset
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based performance
