Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Kolkata office (Ripon Street) and become the first point of contact for every student inquiry that comes in.
Your day-to-day will include responding quickly to inquiries on WhatsApp, calls, and email, understanding what each student is looking for, sharing the right program details, and following up consistently until they enrol or make a decision. You will work closely with the founder and the senior counselling, who will handle final admissions and closings - your job is to make sure no student inquiry is missed, delayed, or forgotten.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to students and parents, is organised with follow-ups, and wants to grow into a full Admission Counsellor role over the next 6–12 months.
