Key Responsibilities·        Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

·        Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor performance

·        Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve team productivity

·        Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards

·        Conduct team meetings to review performance and share best practices

·        Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives

Technical Skills:

·        Lead management and pipeline tracking

·        Opportunity forecasting and deal closure tracking

·        Customer data analysis and reporting

·        Basic understanding of digital marketing and related terminologies
