Job Description
Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for disciplined and alert Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The candidate should be physically fit, responsible, and capable of handling basic security duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and guard assigned premises (residential/commercial/industrial)
- Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
- Maintain visitor logs and daily reports
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Report suspicious activities or incidents to supervisors
- Assist in maintaining order and discipline on-site
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 8 / 10 pass
- Prior experience in security services preferred (0–2 years)
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic reading and writing skills (Hindi/Bengali preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
Additional Details
- Duty hours: 8–12 hours (depending on site)
- Weekly off as per company policy
- Uniform may be provided
- Immediate joining preferred
