Security Supervisor

Role Overview:The Security Supervisor shall be responsible for overall supervision, discipline, and operational efficiency of deployed security personnel at the assigned premises. The role requires strict adherence to statutory compliance, client instructions, and security protocols.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day deployment of security guards
• Ensure proper attendance, shift allocation, and roster compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain occurrence registers
• Enforce access control procedures and visitor management systems
• Handle incident reporting, escalation, and coordination with client representatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency response procedures
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and performance of guards
• Liaise with management for manpower planning and operational improvements
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in security supervision
• Preference for candidates with background in industrial / corporate / facility security
• Basic knowledge of registers, reporting, and compliance documentation
• Physically fit and capable of handling emergencies
• Regulatory & Compliance Requirements:Preference to candidates trained under Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA)
• Knowledge of labour law compliance, including attendance, wage records, and statutory registers
• Familiarity with site-specific SOPs, fire safety norms, and emergency protocols
