Senior Accountant

About the CompanyDuragrace is a growing organization committed to operational excellence and financial integrity. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.Manage GST compliance including GST return filing, reconciliation, input credit verification, and statutory documentation.Ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS returns and compliance with Income Tax regulations.Handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance, annual filings, and related statutory requirements.Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and monitor daily banking transactions.Process monthly payroll including salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support management with financial analysis.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.Maintain vendor and employee payment records and ensure timely payments.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC Compliance, and Payroll Processing.Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation and financial reporting.Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).4–8 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance roles.Experience in manufacturing/trading industry will be an added advantage.Preferred Candidate ProfileDetail-oriented and highly organized professional.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary package as per industry standards.Career growth opportunities.Supportive and professional work environment.
