Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Brief :

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing channels. In this role, you will execute campaigns across SEO, paid ads, social media, and email to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and run digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email platforms.
• Content Management: Create, proofread, and schedule engaging content for social channels, the company blog, and email newsletters.
• SEO/SEM Optimization: Handle on-page and off-page SEO efforts (keyword research, tracking, link building) and optimize Google/Meta ad performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CTR) using Google Analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Website Updates: Manage and update website content using our CMS (e.g., WordPress/Shopify) to improve user experience and conversions.

Requirements & Skills :

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• SEO Tools: Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO optimization tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, basic copywriting skills, and strong analytical thinking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
