Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the garment or ethnic wear retail industry and possess strong communication and sales skills. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining merchandise displays, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable garments and accessories.
• Assist customers in selecting Sarees, Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Kurtis, Dress Materials, and other apparel based on their preferences and occasions.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, fabrics, pricing, sizes, and ongoing offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is organized and well-stocked.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the billing counter for smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the showroom.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and new product arrivals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification : 12th Pass and above.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in garment retail, especially in Sarees, Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Kurtis, Dress Materials, or other ethnic wear products.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Good presentation and merchandising skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a retail environment.
