Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

PRDGY is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Operations / Supply Chain Manager to streamline our end-to-end order fulfilment process. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between production, vendors, and shipping teams while maintaining strict timelines and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Production Management

• Plan and manage daily order flow to ensure timely production and dispatch
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure all orders are prepared as per schedule
• Monitor order timelines and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks

Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with vendors for raw materials, production, and inventory readiness
• Ensure vendors maintain required stock levels and adhere to PRDGY quality standards
• Negotiate timelines and ensure quick turnaround for urgent requirements

Supply Chain & Operations

• Oversee the complete supply chain from procurement to final dispatch
• Ensure efficient inventory planning and stock availability
• Optimise operational processes for speed, cost, and accuracy.

Shipping & Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure all orders are dispatched on time
• Work closely with courier partners for smooth pickups and delivery flow
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues impacting delivery timelines

Quality & Process Control

• Ensure all products go through proper quality checks before dispatch
• Maintain SOPs for production, packaging, and logistics
• Continuously improve processes to reduce errors and delays

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations / supply chain / production management
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, vendor management, and logistics
• Ability to handle high-volume order processing in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Basic knowledge of tools like Shiprocket, inventory systems, or OMS is a plus
