Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Stitching Operator who can efficiently handle both manual and automatic stitching machines. The candidate will be responsible for stitching garments with precision and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual and automatic stitching machines for garment production
- Stitch garments as per design, measurement, and quality standards
- Ensure clean finishing and accuracy in every piece
- Maintain consistency in stitching across bulk orders
- Identify and fix minor stitching issues during production
- Handle machine setup and basic adjustments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machines
- Work closely with cutting and QC team for smooth workflow
Requirements
- Experience in garment stitching using manual and automatic machines
- Good understanding of fabrics and stitching techniques
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of machine handling and maintenance
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
