পদ সম্পর্কে: দক্ষ সিলাই টেলর প্রয়োজন যারা আন্তর্জাতিক মানের পোশাকে সূক্ষ্ম, উচ্চমানের কাপড়ে কাজ করতে পারেন। আমাদের প্রোডাকশন অর্ডার-ভিত্তিক — প্রতিটি পিস আলাদা — তাই স্পেক পড়ে মানিয়ে নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা দরকার, শুধু বাল্ক প্রোডাকশন নয়।

কাজের দায়িত্ব:

• কাটা কাপড় থেকে সম্পূর্ণ পোশাক (ড্রেস, কাফতান, টপ, কো-অর্ড সেট) সেলাই করা
• SNLS, ওভারলক ও ফ্ল্যাটলক মেশিন চালানো
• সূক্ষ্ম কাপড়ে কাজ — সিল্ক, শিফন, অর্গাঞ্জা, লিনেন, সাটিন
• অর্ডার-নির্দিষ্ট ফিনিশিং নোট ও কনস্ট্রাকশন ডিটেইল অনুসরণ করা
• ছোট ব্যাচে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ মান ও পরিষ্কার ফিনিশিং বজায় রাখা
• কাটিং ও চেকিং টিমের সাথে অর্ডার ফ্লোতে সমন্বয় করা

যা খুঁজছি:

• কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের গার্মেন্ট সিলাইয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা
• SNLS ও ওভারলক মেশিনে দক্ষতা
• হালকা ও সূক্ষ্ম কাপড়ে অভিজ্ঞতা (শুধু কটন/ডেনিম নয়)
• বিভিন্ন স্টাইলে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা — একই স্টাইল বারবার নয়
• পরিষ্কার সীম, সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ মাপ, নির্ভরযোগ্য ফিনিশিং
• ভালো উপস্থিতির রেকর্ড

Job Title: Stitching Tailor Company: Benaras by Citrus — Established fashion house with international operations Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We need skilled stitching tailors who can work with delicate, high-quality fabrics on international-standard garments. Our production is order-wise — every piece is different — so you must be comfortable reading specs and adapting, not just running bulk.

What You'll Do:

• Stitch garments (dresses, kaftans, tops, coord sets) from cut pieces to finished product
• Operate SNLS, overlock, and flatlock machines
• Work with delicate fabrics — silk, chiffon, organza, linen, satin
• Follow order-specific finishing notes and construction details
• Maintain consistent quality and clean finishing across small batches
• Coordinate with cutting and checking teams on order flow

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of garment stitching experience
• Proficiency on single needle lockstitch (SNLS) and overlock machines
• Experience with lightweight and delicate fabrics (not just cotton/denim)
• Ability to work on varied styles — not repetitive single-style production
• Clean seams, consistent measurements, reliable finishing
• Good attendance record
