We are Hiring for Talent Aquisition Executive for our company.

Job Title: Talent Executive – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Kolkata (Sector v)

working days - Monday to Friday

Experience: 1–4 years in Non-IT staffing

Industry: Staffing & Recruitment

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Non-IT Recruitment

2. Understand client requirements for non-IT roles including sales, operations, production, finance, HR, supply chain, warehouse, and frontline positions.

3. Handle bulk hiring (sales executives, field staff, operators, helpers, delivery staff) and lateral hiring (executives, managers, supervisors).

4. Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, local networks, referrals, vendors, and campus drives.

5. Screen profiles and conduct telephonic or in-person interviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.

2. Experience in bulk hiring & high-volume recruitment.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills (regional language preferred).

4. Ability to work on multiple positions with tight deadlines.

5. Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
