Job Description – Backend Office Executive (Tally Prime & GEM Tendering)We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Backend Office Executive for handling office backend operations and accounting-related work.

• Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day backend office operations
• Maintaining accounts and records in Tally Prime
• Preparing invoices, vouchers, and data entries
• Managing documentation and filing work
• Assisting in Government e-Marketplace (GEM) tendering process
• Uploading tender documents and following tender procedures
• Coordinating with office staff and clients when required
• Maintaining reports and office records properly
• Requirements:Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting and GST work
• Knowledge of GEM Tendering process preferred
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle office backend work independently
• Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Qualification:Graduate / Commerce background preferred
