Job Description

Need Data Entry Operator- Tally

Job Location- Park Street, Kolkata

Salary- ₹ 12000/- to ₹ 14000/-

Qualification- Graduate

Experience- Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities-

Financial Data Input: Recording day-to-day business transactions in Tally, including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal vouchers.

Inventory Management: Updating stock inward/outward details, maintaining stock registers, and tracking inventory movements across different godowns (warehouses).

Invoicing & Billing: Generating sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and proforma invoices for clients.

Bank Reconciliation: Matching the company's bank statements with the bank book entries in Tally to ensure accurate balances.

Ledger Maintenance: Creating and updating accounts of accounts (debtors, creditors, expenses) and verifying ledger balances
