Job Description
- Workflow Coordination: Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication Hub: Acting as the primary point of contact within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow.
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and handling documentation.
- Logistics Management: Organizing team travel, events, or resources.
- Onboarding & Training: Assisting with the training and integration of new team members.
- Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks based on team member strengths and monitoring project budgets.
- Problem Solving: Identifying bottlenecks and resolving conflicts to maintain workflow efficiency.
