Job Description
A Team Coordinator is an operational role focused on organizing, facilitating, and supporting team efforts to ensure projects are completed efficiently. They act as the central hub for communication, managing schedules, workflows, and resources, enabling team members to focus on core tasks rather than administrative logistics.
Core Responsibilities & Functions
Workflow Organization: Scheduling meetings, managing team calendars, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Communication Hub: Acting as the primary point of contact between team members, departments, and sometimes external vendors.
Resource Management: Ensuring team members have the necessary tools, information, and resources to complete projects on time.
Process Improvement: Monitoring daily operations to prevent delays and improve efficiency.
Support & Logistics: Coordinating travel, processing reports, and handling administrative tasks.
