Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Shyambazar

Job Brief
We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven Team Leader to manage our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be the bridge between sales strategy and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets while simultaneously optimizing sales processes, managing CRM data, and mentoring team members to achieve maximum efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to identify skill gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop onboarding training for new hires to reduce ramp-up time and enhance product knowledge.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
2. Sales Operations & Process Optimization
- Streamline the sales cycle from lead generation through closing, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
- Manage CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) accuracy, ensuring clean data and proper usage of sales tools.
- Assign sales territories and set realistic individual and team quotas.
- Implement sales manuals, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent sales techniques.
3. Performance Reporting & Strategy
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)—including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and sales forecasting accuracy—to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Create reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
4. Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success departments to align operational strategies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience Inexperienced all allowed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results under pressure.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
