We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve business targets. The role involves driving sales performance, supporting team members, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors.
- Drive team sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new advisors.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with branch management for business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling (insurance/financial services preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
