Job Description

A Team Manager at HDFC Life Insurance is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and driving business growth. Here are some key responsibilities:

- *Team Leadership*: Manage and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets

- *Business Development*: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
