Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Associate to handle day-to-day IT support, basic troubleshooting, and customer visits across IT infrastructure and entry-level cybersecurity environments.
This role is execution-focused. You will work on real systems, support users, and handle on-site issues when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L1 support tickets (user issues, system issues, basic M365 issues)
- Perform basic troubleshooting:
- Windows OS issues
- Network connectivity (LAN/WiFi, IP, DNS)
- Assist in endpoint management and patch monitoring
- Support backup monitoring (Veeam – basic level)
- Perform basic checks in Microsoft 365 / Azure environments
- Visit customer locations for:
- System troubleshooting
- Basic network checks
- Device setup and support
- Coordinate with L2/L3 team for escalations
- Assist in basic cybersecurity checks (endpoint alerts, system hygiene)
Must Have Skills
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Windows OS
- Networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic user/system issues
- Fluent English communication (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Optional Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure fundamentals
- Endpoint security tools
- Internship or hands-on IT support experience
- Any relevant certification (not mandatory)
Additional Requirements
- Own vehicle preferred (for local travel)
- Candidates staying near Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700135 will be preferred
