Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a sincere, enthusiastic, and technically skilled candidate to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome. Experienced candidates will be given preference based on their technical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for GPS tracking software and devices.
• Support intrusion/security software and basic computer software.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues.
• Assist customers over phone and in person with technical queries.
• Install and configure GPS devices when required.
• Perform PCB soldering and assembly of electronic products.
• Carry out electrical wiring and connection work.
• Test and troubleshoot electronic devices.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain service reports and update job status.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional behavior.

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical wiring.
• PCB soldering and electronic assembly skills (preferred).
• GPS installation knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to speak Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred).
• Honest, ethical, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Confident while communicating with customers.
• Willing to work flexible hours and extend working hours whenever required for company work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
