Hiring: Technical Support Engineer

📍 Location: Kolkata

📩 Immediate joiners preferred


We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with basic knowledge of networking/NOC operations. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are keen to build a career in IT support.


Requirements:


B.Tech / BCA or any tech-related degree

Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, etc.)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Open to working in day shift with flexibility for night shifts

Someone with technical support experience will be preferred
