Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making follow-up calls to prospective clients, maintaining communication with leads, scheduling meetings, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound follow-up calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Explain company services and resolve basic client queries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM/software.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.
• Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• 0 months to 1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software).
• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in a Digital Marketing, IT, or Service-based company.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
