Job Description
Office timing:
Office timing will be from 10am to 7pm (may change as per process requirement).
Requirements:
Should have basic knowledge of operating a computer along with Excel.
Fluent Hindi-speaking telecallers are required, preferably Bihari callers.
Telecallers with knowledge of Hindi,Bhojpuri, Maithili, and Magahi are preferred.
Job Description:
The telecaller has to convince customers for recharge (Prepaid).
The telecaller has to convince customers to clear the outstanding amount and activate the line (Postpaid).
Targets:
For Prepaid, the tele caller has to do at least 5 recharges per day.
For Postpaid, the tele caller has to do at least 10 wingbacks per day.
