Telecaller

The role involves calling old clients to take feedback, inviting them to visit our store, and promoting our new saree collections to potential clients.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, be polite and confident over the phone, and know how to use WhatsApp and video calls to show products and connect with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Call existing clients for feedback and relationship follow-ups
• Reach out to new clients to introduce our products and offers
• Invite old clients to visit the store or attend exhibitions
• Share product pictures and videos on WhatsApp
• Do video calls to show collections to customers
• Keep daily call records and report updates

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp & video calls
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Friendly, patient, and presentable attitude
