Job Description
RedX Studios & Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers / Sales Executives for handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and client support.
Responsibilities:
• Call potential and existing customers to explain company services
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
• Maintain customer records and daily reports
• Coordinate with the technical and sales team
• Build strong customer relationships
• Help customers with hosting, website, software, and digital service related queries
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
