🎯 Job Role: Telecaller
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and good communicator who can handle client enquiries, interactions and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle incoming lead enquiries from platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Calls
🔹 Call and follow up with interested leads professionally
🔹 Book appointments and guide clients for online sessions / consultations
🔹 Assist in daily office operations and coordination
🔹 Ensure smooth communication between clients and coach
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
✔ Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, and social media
✔ Positive attitude & willingness to learn
✔ Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-up
👉 Freshers are most welcome! Training will be provided.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
