Job SummaryBalaji Education is looking for enthusiastic and confident Admission Counselors / Telecallers who can connect with prospective students, explain our educational services, and guide them through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, counseling students, and convincing them to take admission in suitable courses and institutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with provided student leads.
• Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and benefits to students and parents.
• Counsel students according to their educational needs and career goals.
• Convince and convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processes.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• QualificationMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Graduate candidates preferred.
• SalaryFixed salary + attractive incentives based on admissions.
