Job Description

  • The Tele-Collection executive will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers
  • You will be responsible for contacting customers for payment reminders and customers who have defaulted on their payment/dues or credit obligations and working towards resolving their outstanding debts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
