📢 Urgent Hiring: Experienced Office Assistant / Telecaller

📍 Location: South Kolkata (Work From Office)

We are looking for a , disciplined, and experienced Office Assistant / Telecaller for our growing wellness and business office.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to lead enquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Phone calls

• Call and follow up with leads professionally

• Schedule appointments and guide clients for online sessions

• Maintain daily lead data, follow-up records, and reports

• Assist in daily office coordination and operational activities

• Ensure proper client communication and timely response management

✅ Requirements:

✔ Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling / Office Assistant / Customer Handling role

✔ Candidate must be from South Kolkata or nearby areas

✔ Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & basic English

✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)

✔ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✔ Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude

⚠ Freshers are NOT preferred for this position.

⚠ Local candidates will get priority.

⏰ Working Hours:🕙 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Overtime available with additional payment)
