Main Responsibilities

Telecaller Duties

Make outbound calls to candidates, clients, or leads.

Explain job opportunities and company details.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and documents.

Maintain call records and databases.

Recruiter Duties

Source candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Shortlist suitable candidates for client or company requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment reports.

Skills Required

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali, etc.).

Confidence in speaking over the phone.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Ability to convince and engage candidates.

Organizational and time-management skills.
